Tali Eleanor Kellman: Daily early-morning meditation

OK so anyone who knows me that morning are not my strong suit... I am really trying to change this, and I believe daily meditation is the ONLY way to stay clear emotionally and mentally, so I'm gonna put my alarm on at 6.30am every morning (god help me) and stretch/meditate for 30 minutes. Starting tomorrow morning.
